Every film requires its own musical language.
I begin by understanding the story, the characters and the director’s intention before developing a musical direction that supports the emotional journey of the film.
My approach can range from intimate and minimal to orchestral, electronic or hybrid, depending on the needs of the story.

A lively and expressive rescore built around movement, character and emotional storytelling.
The music combines playful orchestration, rhythmic energy and warm melodic writing to support both the humour and the more emotional moments of the scene, while keeping a strong sense of narrative flow.

INTO THE WILD — “EVERYTHING BELONGS”
A vocal version created to explore a more intimate and personal approach to the scene, combining cinematic music with original songwriting.
The song reflects themes of freedom, belonging, self-discovery and connection with nature, allowing the voice to become part of the character’s emotional journey.

JOKER — Alternative Version 1
An alternative rescore exploring a different emotional and dramatic direction for the same sequence.
This version is part of a five-score exercise created to demonstrate how the same images can support very different musical identities. Alongside the original modern score, I developed hybrid orchestral/electronic, fully orchestral, operatic and instrumental approaches, each changing the perception and intensity of the scene.

A delicate and emotional rescore built around intimacy, restraint and romantic tension.
The music develops through expressive piano writing, warm string textures and gentle harmonic movement, supporting the characters’ unspoken emotions while preserving the elegance and sensitivity of the scene.

BORDERLANDS — Action Score & Full Sound Design Rebuild
A high-energy rescore built around action, chaos and a strong sense of momentum.
For this project, I not only composed and produced the music, but also completely rebuilt the sound design from scratch, recreating the impacts, transitions, weapons, movements and environmental elements to give the scene a new sonic identity.
The goal was to make the music and sound design work together as one dynamic system, supporting the rhythm of the edit while reinforcing the intensity and cinematic impact of the sequence.
